Charles S. Weinblatt is the author of Jacob's Courage (Mazo Publishers, 2007) and Job Seeking Skills for Students (Kendall-Hunt, 1986). His biography appears in the Marquis Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Education. Weinblatt created and led the University of Toledo Division of Organization Development from its inception in 1995 until his retirement in 2004; He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) from The University of Toledo in 1974. Weinblatt appeared frequently on local television news as an expert on business and labor-management issues. He received the 2004 United Auto Workers Swift Award, for meritorious community service.
